<p>しかし、毎月の支払いが1万円以上高いのは正直きつい、、という方もいるでしょう。</p>



<p>そんな人のために、次はローンの返済期間を7年に設定した場合を考えてみます。</p>

<p>この場合、残価設定ローンと比較して、<br>・毎月の支払額：4.2万円→3.7万円(▲5千円)<br>・総支払額：250万円→221万円(▲29万円)<br>と、<span class="marker-animation">毎月の支払額も、総支払額も減らすことができました。</span></p>



<p>同様に、<span class="marker-animation-2071">カーローンが4.0％程度で借りることが可能であれば、残価設定ローンより毎月の支払額、総支払額ともにお得になることが分かります。</span></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc8">残価設定ローンの方がお得になる場合。特殊な色、特殊なオプションを付ける場合</span></h2>



<p>上記の通り、</p>



<p><span class="marker-animation">基本的には金利を安く借りることができれば、残価設定ローンよりカーローンの方がお得になります。</span></p>



<p>しかし、上記の試算結果で1点だけ不明瞭な点があります。</p>



<p>それが「5年後、いくらで車が売れるか？」という点です。</p>



<p>ヤリスの残価設定額は87万円となっており、5年後にこれ以下の金額しかつかなかった場合、上記の試算はご破算となります。</p>



<p>そこで、300万円で買った車が、5年後に87万円まで下がるのか？について考えていきたいと思います。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc9">人気車種で40％前後、一般的にも30％程度はつく。</span></h3>



<p>売るときの相場はどれくらいか？について考えていきたいと思います。</p>



<p>ヤリスの残価設定額は、87万円となっております。では、これに25％程度の利益をのっけて、120万円で売るとしましょう。</p>



<p>それでは、質問です。</p>



<p>・新車だと300万円の車が、5年落ちで綺麗な状態で120万円で売られていたら、どちらを選びますか？</p>

<p>まずは、極端な例ですが、一昔前に売り出された、ピンクのクラウンを考えてみましょう。<br>希少価値という点で高値で取引される可能性はありますが、普通に考えると買い手が付きにくいことが考えられますので、買取価格は下がります。</p>



<p>これと同様に、黄色の車、赤色の車、緑色の車などは「大衆」に売ることができないため買取価格は下がる傾向にあります。</p>



<p>逆に買取価格が下がりにくいのは、白、黒、シルバーなどがあげられます。</p>



<p>ですので、特殊な色を選ぶ場合は、残価設定ローンを使用した方が、お得になる可能性があります。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc12">モデルチェンジ後にすごい人気が出てしまった場合</span></h4>



<p>次はモデルチェンジの影響です。</p>



<p>例えば、かっこ悪い顔→かっこいい顔に変更された場合、一気にモデルチェンジ前の車の相場が下がるときがあります。しかし、ヤリスは年間1位を取るくらいの車種ですので、認知された顔でありこのリスクは低いと思います。</p>

<p>同様に、<span class="marker-animation-2071">3～5％以内の金利でカーローンを借りることができた場合、残価設定ローンより総支払額を抑えることができることが分かります。</span></p>



<p>しかし、毎月の支払いが1万円以上高いのは正直きつい、、という方もいるでしょう。</p>



<p>そんな人のために、次はローンの返済期間を7年に設定した場合を考えてみます。</p>

<p>同様に、<span class="marker-animation-2071">カーローンが4.0％程度で借りることが可能であれば、残価設定ローンより毎月の支払額、総支払額ともにお得になることが分かります。</span></p>

<p>しかし、上記の試算結果で1点だけ不明瞭な点があります。</p>



<p>それが「5年後、いくらで車が売れるか？」という点です。</p>



<p>カローラの残価設定額は87万円となっており、5年後にこれ以下の金額しかつかなかった場合、上記の試算はご破算となります。</p>



<p>そこで、300万円で買った車が、5年後に87万円まで下がるのか？について考えていきたいと思います。</p>

<p>売るときの相場はどれくらいか？について考えていきたいと思います。</p>



<p>カローラの残価設定額は、87万円となっております。では、これに25％程度の利益をのっけて、120万円で売るとしましょう。</p>



<p>それでは、質問です。</p>



<p>・新車だと300万円の車が、5年落ちで綺麗な状態で120万円で売られていたら、どちらを選びますか？</p>



<p>どうでしょうか？悩みませんか？</p>



<p>他の車との比較なども必要ですが、「この車が欲しい！」となった人にとっては、上記のように、新車と中古車の比較をして、購入を決めることになります。<br>これが中古車の価格の考え方です。</p>



<p>5年後の相場を見てみると、ハリアーなどの人気車種だと新車価格の50～70％程度で販売されることもありますが、<span class="marker-animation">相当な不人気車種でない限り、一般的に40％～50％程度で販売されています。</span></p>

<p>残価設定ローンで購入した場合、<br>残価設定中は支払額が安くて済みますが、<br>最後まで払い続けると結果として高くなってしまいます。</p>



<p>今回は、普通のローンに比べてどのような動きをするのか、<br>確認していきたいと思います。</p>

<p>残価設定ローンとは、「○年後に残価が△円になる」ように<br>お金を支払うローンになります。</p>



<p>普通のローンで行けば、ローンを払い終えると、借入残高は0円になりますが、<br>残価設定ローンはローンを払い終えたタイミングで借入残高が残ります。</p>



<p>例)<br>普通のローン　　5年　300万　⇒5年後　借入残高0万円<br>残価設定ローン　5年　300万　残価設定額150万　⇒　5年後　借入残高150万円</p>



<p><span class="marker-animation"><span class="bold-red">上記の通り、普通のローンだと5年間で300万円分すべて払わないといけないのに対し、</span></span><br><span class="marker-animation"><span class="bold-red">残価設定ローンでは、150万円で済むため、</span></span><br><span class="marker-animation"><span class="bold-red">最初の5年間で払うことになる金額を大幅に下げることが可能です。</span></span></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">残価設定ローンの利息は高くなる</span></h3>



<p>が、利息について考えてみましょう。</p>



<p><span class="marker-animation">利息＝借入残高×金利</span>となります。<br><span class="marker-animation"><span class="bold-red">よって、借入残高が多いほうが、利息も高くなります。</span></span></p>



<p>よって、最初の5年間で払い込み金額が安い残価設定ローンは、<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-animation">借入残高は多く残り、利息も大きくなります。</span></span></p>
