<p>基礎代謝量＝370＋21.6×除脂肪体重＝370＋21.6× ( 体重 × ( 100 ー 体脂肪率) / 100 )</p>



<p>を用いて計算しています。</p>



<p>BMIと同じく、除脂肪体重を用いて、筋肉量の判定ができます。↓</p>
