<p>そこで、今回は体脂肪率を推定する最新の論文をもとに、<br>年齢ごとの平均体脂肪率を確認していきたいと思います。</p>

<p>では、さっそく平均の体脂肪率を見ていきましょう。</p>



<p>体重、身長は、<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.e-stat.go.jp/dbview?sid=0003224177">2017年の国民健康・栄養調査の結果<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>をつかっており、<br>そこから推定の体脂肪率を算定しています。</p>

<p>グラフで表すと下記の通りで、<br>・女性は、年を取るごとに体脂肪率が上昇していく傾向<br>・男性は、40歳くらいまで体脂肪率が上昇し、そこからはそこまで増えない<br>ようです。<br>男性と女性では、7～8％の差があるようです。</p>

<p>40歳までを拡大してみると、<br>・女性はほぼ直線的に、<br>・男性も緩いカーブを描きながら上昇していく<br>のが分かります。思った以上にサンプルが少ないので、データに乱れがあるのはご了承ください。</p>

<p>どうですか？今の自分の立ち位置と、<br>どれくらい体脂肪率を落とせば理想の体型に近づけるか分かりましたか？</p>



<p>これを見てみると、あくまで僕の主観ですが、</p>



<p class="is-style-memo-box">【男性】<br>・体脂肪率25%ではすこしぽっちゃり、<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">20%で標準的な体型</span></span>になる。<br>・<span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">腹筋を割る為には、体脂肪率を15%程度まで落とす必要</span></span>がある。</p>



<p class="is-style-memo-box">【女性】<br>・25%～30%が標準的な体型<br>・<span class="marker-animation"><span class="bold-red">20~22%程度ですでに鍛えられた体型</span></span>になる。</p>

<p>思ったより落とさなくていいんだなと思った人から、<br>結構大変だな。。と感じた人まで千差万別だと思いますが、<br>これが<span class="marker-animation">「ダイエットの目標体重」</span>になります。</p>



<p>実際僕も、これを参考に「腹筋を割るんだ！」ということで、<br>体脂肪率15％を目標に設定し、プロテインダイエットを行い成功させました！</p>
