<p>キャッチ・マカードルの計算式</p>



<p>基礎代謝量＝370＋21.6×除脂肪体重＝370＋21.6× ( 体重 × ( 100 ー 体脂肪率) / 100 )</p>



<p>を用いて計算しています。</p>



<p>BMIと同じく、除脂肪体重を用いて、筋肉量の判定ができます。↓</p>

<p>ハリス・ベネディクト方程式の改良版で計算しています。</p>



<p> 男性： 13.397×体重kg＋4.799×身長cm−5.677×年齢+88.362<br> 女性： 9.247×体重kg＋3.098×身長cm−4.33×年齢+447.593</p>



<p>年齢が10歳上がると50kcalほどの代謝が減ります。<br>これが中年太りの原因です。<br></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">②消費カロリー</span></h3>



<p>厚生労働省の<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.mhlw.go.jp/www1/shingi/s9906/s0628-1_11.html">「第６次改定日本人の栄養所要量について」<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>に基づいています。<br>運動強度ごとに基礎代謝の1.3倍～1.9倍の係数をかけて計算しています。</p>

<p>いかがでしたでしょうか？<br>簡単に計算結果を説明すると、<br>①　基礎代謝　→　最低限生きるために必要なカロリー(内臓など)<br>②　消費カロリー　→　①の基礎代謝に行動によるカロリーを足したもの<br>③　夕食で摂取しているであろうカロリー<br>④　プロテインに置き換えることで浮くカロリー<br>⑤　1㎏落とすために必要な置き換え日数。⑥も同様。<br>⑦　④のカロリーをランニングで消費しようとした場合の走行距離。<br>⑧ 　体重1kgをランニングで落とすのに必要な走行距離。　となっています。</p>



<p>僕で試算した結果 (「163㎝」「65kg」「生活強度2」「夕食で5割程度」)、<br>1日でカロリー収支が約-1000kcalとなり、<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">約1週間で1㎏痩せることができる計算となりました！</span></span><br>また、それを運動で補うには、<span class="bold-blue"><span class="marker-under">1日16kgのランニングが必要という結果</span></span>に…</p>



<p>ということで、<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">「運動しても痩せない！！」ことが如実に表れる結果になりました。</span></span><br>皆さんも同じような結果だったのではないでしょうか？</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">体重60kgの人を例に簡単に計算して理解する。</span></h2>



<p>簡単に計算して、結果を理解していきましょう。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc4">運動で1㎏落とすためには？</span></h3>



<p>脂肪を<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">1㎏落とすためには、7200kcal</span></span>のカロリーが必要といわれています。<br>また、ランニングで消費するカロリーは<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">体重(kg)×距離(km)=消費カロリー(kcal)</span></span>です。<br>ですので、60㎏の人が1㎏痩せるためには、<br>7200kcal　/　60kg　＝　<span class="bold-blue"><span class="marker-under">120kmのランニングが必要</span></span>な計算になります。<br>毎日10kmのランニングをしても12日間必要な計算となります。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">プロテインに置き換えると？</span></h3>



<p>夕食で摂取していたカロリーは、痩せる前に体重の増減がなかったとすると、<br>・1日の消費カロリー ＝摂取カロリー となり、<strong><span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">30歳男性で2300kcal</span></span></strong>程度となります。<br>・その半分を夕食でとっていたとすると、<br>→　<span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-blue"> 2300kcal/2=1150kcal　が夕食のカロリー</span></span>と計算できます。</p>



<p>それに対して、<br>・1日に必要なたんぱく質の量は、<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">体重1㎏に対して1g</span></span><br>・タンパク質は、<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">４kcal/g</span></span><br>・置き換えるためには、夕食でとっていた分のタンパク質をとる必要があるので、<br>　<span class="bold-blue"><span class="marker-under">→60g×4kcal/g×(1/2)=120kcal 　プロテインを摂取する必要があります。<br></span></span><br>差し引きすると、1日　<span class="bold-blue"><span class="marker-under">1150-120=▲1030kcalの削減。</span></span><br>1㎏は7200kcalだったので、<span class="bold-blue"><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">7200/1030≒1週間</span></span></span><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">で1㎏落とすことができる</span></span>ことになります。</p>



<p><span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">運動よりも、食事を減らすことのほうが<br>どれだけ楽に体重が落とせるかわかったでしょうか？</span></span></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc6">まとめ</span></h2>



<p>プロテインダイエットをすることで得られるカロリー収支、<br>それに必要な運動量を確認することで、以下の2点がわかったと思います。</p>

<p>ハリス・ベネディクト方程式の改良版で計算しています。<br>年齢が10歳上がると50kcalほどの代謝が減ります。これが中年太りの原因ですね。<br> 男性： 13.397×体重kg＋4.799×身長cm−5.677×年齢+88.362<br> 女性： 9.247×体重kg＋3.098×身長cm−4.33×年齢+447.593</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc9">②消費カロリー</span></h4>



<p>少し古いですが、厚生労働省の<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.mhlw.go.jp/www1/shingi/s9906/s0628-1_11.html">「第６次改定日本人の栄養所要量について」<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>に基づいています。<br>運動強度ごとに基礎代謝の1.3倍～1.9倍の係数をかけて計算しています。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc10">③夕食のカロリー</span></h4>



<p>体重の増減がないと考えた場合、消費カロリー＝摂取カロリーですので、<br>夕食でどれくらいの割合を食べているかから計算しています。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc11">④プロテインに置き換えた場合</span></h4>



<p>1日に必要なたんぱく質の量は体重1㎏に対して１gといわれており、<br>タンパク質は4kcal/1gですので、4×体重×夕食の割合　で計算しています。<br>朝食、昼食できちんとタンパク質がとれている前提で計算しています。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc12">⑤1kg痩せるためには？⑥5kg痩せるためには？</span></h4>



<p>1kg≒7200kcalのカロリー収支が必要といわれていますので、<br>7200/④、7200×5/④で計算しています。</p>
