<p>基礎代謝の計算式は、ハリスベネディクトの式が一般的に知られていますが、<br>日本人は筋肉量などの使いにより、このまま当てはめることはできません。</p>



<p>そこで、日本人を対象にした、研究より、基礎代謝量、体脂肪率を推定した論文がありましたので、<br>今回はそれをもとに、基礎代謝の計算機を作成しました。</p>

<p>基礎代謝量＝370＋21.6×除脂肪体重＝370＋21.6× ( 体重 × ( 100 ー 体脂肪率) / 100 )</p>



<p>を用いて計算しています。</p>



<p>BMIと同じく、除脂肪体重を用いて、筋肉量の判定ができます。↓</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3"> 日本人の食事摂取基準（2015 年版） より</span></h3>



<p>まずは、<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.mhlw.go.jp/file/05-Shingikai-10901000-Kenkoukyoku-Soumuka/0000114399.pdf">日本人の食事摂取基準<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>についての論文より、確認してみました。<br>この論文では基礎代謝の主な推定式として、下記5個の推定式を確認しています。</p>

<p>そして、<strong>この論文の中の結論として日本人に一番合っているのは</strong><br><strong>「国立健康・栄養研究所」の値となっています。</strong><br>計算式としては、<br>男性：(0.0481×体重(kg)＋0.0234×身長(cm)-0.0138×年齢-0.4235)×1000/4.186<br>女性：(0.0481×体重(kg)＋0.0234×身長(cm)-0.0138×年齢-0.9708)×1000/4.186<br>となっており、<span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">筋肉量によるファクターはなく、筋肉とはそこまで関係ないと結論付けられているようです。が、</span></span></p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p>なお、基礎代謝量は体重よりも除脂肪量と強い相関が見られ 167，170，173，180）、<br>今後、<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">適切な身体組成の評価により精度の高い基礎代謝量の推定が可能となるものと考えられる。</span></span></p></blockquote>



<p>と結論づけられていました。<br>では、この引用されている論文を見ていくことで、<br>筋肉と基礎代謝の関係を少し深堀していきましょう。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc4"> 女性持久性競技者の基礎代謝量 　より確認</span></h2>



<p>引用論文の一つである、<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/eiyogakuzashi1941/59/3/59_3_127/_pdf">女性持久性競技者の基礎代謝量<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>の論文を見ていきます。<br>この論文では、運動をしていない人、ランナー、ボート選手を比較することで、<br>筋肉量と基礎代謝量との関係を確認してます。<br>その結果が、下の図１～図4であり、「体重」「LBM(除脂肪体重)」と基礎代謝BMRとの関係を示しています。<br>これを見ると、<br>体重と基礎代謝の関係は、11.9×体重＋633(kcal)<br>LBMと基礎代謝の関係は、18.7×LBM+477(kcal)となっており、体重や脂肪を除いた体重に比例していることが分かります。</p>

<p>ここで、上記の式を用いて、各体脂肪率毎に基礎代謝量を確認してみたところ、<br>下記のような結果になりました。<br>今回の対象者の体脂肪率の平均は20.1％となっておりますので、<br>体重を用いた推定式と体脂肪率20％の基礎代謝量はほぼ一致していることが読み取れます。<br>一応この論文の結果としては体脂肪率が低い方が基礎代謝が高いと結論付けられています。</p>

<p>ここでひとまず、<strong>LBMの推定式が正しいと</strong>して<br>ダイエットのやり方によって基礎代謝がどのように変化するのか確認してみましょう。<br>60㎏の人が50㎏まで4パターンの体重の落とし方をした場合をかくにんすると、50㎏時の基礎代謝は<br>・脂肪のみ落とせた場合　1262kcal(▲0kcal)<br>・半分筋肉半分脂肪　　　1169kcal(▲93kcal)<br>・体脂肪率３０％キープ　1132kcal(▲130kcal)<br>・筋肉のみ落とした場合　1075kcal(▲187kcal)　となります。<br>筋肉のみ落ちてしまった場合、元の体重の時より、1日の基礎代謝が▲187kcalとなるため、<br>落ちる前の生活に戻すと1か月で0.8㎏ずつ体重が増加してしまう計算になり、<br><strong><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">リバウンドしやすい体になってしまう結果になりました。<br></span></span></strong>また、体脂肪率をキープしたとしても、リバウンドしやすい体(1か月で0.5kgずつ体重が増加)となる<br>計算結果になりました。<br>そのまま信じることは難しいですが、筋肉量と基礎代謝に相関関係はあると考えると<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">筋肉を落とさずにダイエットすることが必要に感じます。</span></span></p>

<p>また、この論文で、 「エネルギー摂取量」「タンパク質摂取量」と 基礎代謝に関係が<br>あるというデータも載せられていました(下図3，4)。<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">図4を見るとタンパク質の摂取量と代謝量が非常に優位に出ており、<br>トレーニングの後にタンパク質を摂取することでダイエットに効果があることがうかがえます。<br></span></span>タンパク質を体重×1g摂取している人と体重×2g摂取している人では、<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">4.7kcal/kgほどの差が出る結果となっており、<br>60kgの人で300kcalの基礎代謝の差があることになる。これは1か月で1㎏以上の効果を生むことになります。</span></span><br><strong>ダイエットを行う際は運動と並行してプロテインなどで<br>多めのタンパク質を取るとダイエットが促進できるようです。</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">女子大学生の安静時代謝量に及ぼす身体組成および身体活動の影響　より</span></h2>



<p>次に、<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="http://repository.tokaigakuen-u.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/11334/381/1/kiyo_n019_04.pdf">一般的な大学生の安静時の代謝量<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>について書かれた論文を見てみました。<br>安静時の代謝量RMRは、静かに立っていた場合、基礎代謝の1.2倍程度になるといわれています。</p>

<p>この論文で得られた結果は、<br>体重と基礎代謝の関係は、16.685×体重＋382.46(kcal)<br>LBMと基礎代謝の関係は、38.163×LBM-140.38(kcal)　となっており、<br>BMRに直すために、1.2で除して先ほどの計算式とてらしあわせると、下記のような結果となりました。<br> 体重で推定した式は 傾きはほぼ同じですが、平均値が先ほどの論文より下回っている結果になりました。<br>この実験の対象になっている人の平均の体脂肪率は30％弱ですので、<br>同じ体重でも体脂肪率が高い＝筋肉量が下がると基礎代謝が下がることは正しい結果になりそうです。<br>LBMの式については傾きが大きくなっているようです。</p>

<p>この結果も論文１と比べてみました。<br>今回体脂肪率の平均は25％であったので、その分体重での推定値が落ちていることが分かります。<br>また、LBM同士も傾きが一致した結果となりましたが、相対的に低い値が出ています。<br>これらの結果より、<span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">やはり運動機能が優れた人たちの基礎代謝は若干高めになっていると考えられます。</span></span></p>

<p>また、この論文では、体重が増加していくと、体重あたりの基礎代謝量は落ちるという結果が出ているようです。<br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">定数項/体重は体重が大きいほど小さくなっていきますので、定数項があることを示しているのだと考えられます。</span></span> </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc7"> 食事摂取基準2015年度版 より</span></h2>



<p>ということで、筋肉や脂肪以外でどのような組織がエネルギーを代謝しているかを調べていたところ、<br>厚生労働省のホームページに<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.e-healthnet.mhlw.go.jp/information/exercise/s-02-004.html">ヒトの臓器・組織における安静時代謝量<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>が掲載されておりました。<br>下記の通り、臓器や組織ごとにカロリーを代謝しているようです。<br>この結果を見ると、生きるための肝臓・脳・心臓・腎臓などなどの臓器で約60％のカロリーを消費しているようです。今までの論文の中で出てきた<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">筋肉や体重に関係のない定数項はこれらの影響をもろに受けてると考えられます。</span></span></p>

<p>上の表を用いて、体重と基礎代謝の関係をグラフにしてみました。<br>前述の論文と比べると、体脂肪率30％の場合、論文2とほぼ同じ結果となりましたが、<br>体脂肪率20％の際に論文１まで高い結果にはなりませんでした。<br>この論文を正とすると1㎏の脂肪を→1㎏の筋肉に変えても10kcal/日の違いしかなく、<br>痩せやすい体にはならない(2年間で1kgの効果しかない結果)となりました。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc8">考察と結論</span></h2>



<p>これらの論文を読んでわかったことは下記のとおりです。</p>

<p>・基礎代謝は体重に比例する。特に、LBMに比例をする。<br>・が、定数項があるように、生きていくための「心臓」「腎臓「脳」「肝臓」で<br>　基礎代謝は60％以上決まっているようである。<br>・<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under">筋肉をつけることで痩せやすい体になることは非常に難しいと考えられる。</span></span><br>・しかし、反対に間違ったダイエット法で、<strong><span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">太りやすい体になることはたやす</span></span></strong><span class="marker-under"><span class="bold-red">いと考えられる。</span></span><br>↓<span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under"><span class="fz-24px"><br>ダイエットをするときは、</span></span></span><br><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker-under"><span class="fz-24px">「筋肉を落とさずに」ダイエットをすることが大事</span></span></span></p>

<p>ということが分かりました。実際にはどうしても筋肉は減っていってしまうのでプロテインなどで補いながらのダイエットをお勧めします。</p>
